After-sales service and returns

We currently offer no additional commercial warranty. This does not affect our statutory responsibilities for product quality.If you receive an incorrect item, missing parts, shipping damage or a quality issue, please retain the relevant records and contact us for verification and assistance.

Individual consumers who purchase goods online for personal use are entitled to a seven-day return without giving a reason where the applicable legal conditions are met. Custom-made goods are excluded from this right, but quality issues remain subject to applicable law. Other statutory exceptions apply as provided by law.

For returns without a stated reason, products must be intact, with accessories and gifts included. Return shipping is borne by the consumer as required by law, unless otherwise agreed.
