Before ordering, confirm the product configuration, quotation, shipping charges and lead time with our sales team. The following information applies to our domestic sales and inquiry services.<\/p><\/header>\n

Delivery and shipping charges<\/h2>

Shipping is charged separately and is not included in product prices.<\/strong>We arrange courier pickup. Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery address, parcel weight and the carrier's billing rules. Our sales team will confirm the charge with your order.<\/p>

For lightweight, bulky parcels, dimensional weight is charged according to the courier\u2019s rules. Please discuss shipping methods and costs in advance for bulk orders or special delivery requirements.<\/p><\/section>\n

Dispatch time<\/h2>

Standard in-stock products are usually dispatched within 48 hours after payment and order details are confirmed.<\/strong>Lead times for custom, out-of-stock and bulk orders are confirmed separately.<\/p>

Dispatch time means the time the goods are handed to the courier. Delivery time depends on the destination and logistics arrangements. Our sales team will contact you if the dispatch schedule changes.<\/p><\/section>\n

Quotations and invoicing<\/h2>

Product and shipping charges are confirmed separately. Before confirming an order, check the model, configuration, quantity, tax treatment of the quote and invoicing details. The quotation agreed by both parties will specify the cost breakdown.<\/p>

Custom solutions are quoted separately based on technical requirements, quantity and scope of supply.<\/p><\/section>\n

After-sales service and returns<\/h2>

We currently offer no additional commercial warranty. This does not affect our statutory responsibilities for product quality.<\/strong>If you receive an incorrect item, missing parts, shipping damage or a quality issue, please retain the relevant records and contact us for verification and assistance.<\/p>

Individual consumers who purchase goods online for personal use are entitled to a seven-day return without giving a reason where the applicable legal conditions are met. Custom-made goods are excluded from this right, but quality issues remain subject to applicable law. Other statutory exceptions apply as provided by law.<\/p>

For returns without a stated reason, products must be intact, with accessories and gifts included. Return shipping is borne by the consumer as required by law, unless otherwise agreed. We cover necessary shipping costs for returns, replacements or repairs required by law due to products failing to meet quality requirements.<\/p>

For business procurement, acceptance, after-sales service, returns and exchanges are handled according to the contract agreed by both parties and applicable law.<\/p><\/section>\n
